Development

Our engineering consulting firms, internal and external, are established by experts in the various domains necessary for the good technico-economic sizing of the hydroelectric power plants: hydrology, geology, topology, engineering civil engineering, resting on its recognized knowledge of equipment manufacturers , and his team of financiers and jurists.

PESMESA power plant consists of 3 main elements:

  • A dam : its role is, on one hand, to create an important waterfall to make turn turbines, on the other hand, to store the water to feed the power plant with any circumstances (periods of low tide).
  • A bypass channel: it takes the water in its natural environment (river, lake) to feed of a conduct;
  • A factory: it includes turbines which turn thanks to the waterfall and pull the generator of electricity (generally, an alternator). Multidisciplinary teams allow an optimization of the various technico-economic solutions including the electromechanic, civil calculations of engineering, vantellerie, check command, SCADA and low electricity and averages tension.
  • The water serving to produce the hydro-electric power is storable, and thus usable in period of peak of consumption.This source shows itself also effective: 90 % of the energy of the water is converted in electricity. She is besides not broadcasting of greenhouse gas and renewable.
